Carmen LaFox is the stage name of Natalia Figueroa (Getafe, Spain. Born 21 May 1989), a bilingual Latina BBW model originally from Barcelona, Spain, but who now resides in Los Angeles.

She is renowned for starting her weight gain journey from a tiny, buff, "hot," toned young woman into a sloppily obese model of over 350 lb (136 kg) and sharing the process with fans as she blew up - getting plump, then fat, then obese, with a tremendously big stomach.

In particular, fans have enjoyed watching her belly "stick out' at first, looking pregnant, then watching it fold over and, as she continued to overeat and pack on weight, hanging halfway down her thighs. Her once-lean face has also blown up, with chubby cheeks and a thick double chin.

In her videos, she loves to be teased by thin women about her tremendous weight gain, as well as pretending to thinner women that she is still buff and in shape when her stomach is enormously distended with fat and having the women mock or laugh at her and make cutting remarks. She also has made videos with thin, toned women where she insists on trying on their clothes, which obviously don't fit, and she blames the clothes.

One fan favorite shows her getting a massage while on her back and the massuese constantly laughing at her enormously big and flabby body. She also loves to expose her bare fat in public, hoping men or women will notice and be grossed out.

On June 27th, 2024, Carmen announced her return on her Instagram, beginning her second weight gain journey, which was cut short later the same year. As of Feb. 2026 she has an OnlyFans page where she does not seem to be gaining or losing, but posting and interacting with fans.
