In the segment, she and her then-husband revealed to viewers details of their lifestyle which revolved around them fattening Nikki to a weight, on the show, of 363.5 pounds by getting as many as 14,000 calories a day into her. This is achieved partly by Nikki drinking a 3,500-calorie shake twice a day in addition to whatever food she eats. Photos of Nikki at a much slimmer weight , with almost no belly, are showedshown.
Of her continual weight gain and lifestyle, her husband said "She might eat a bag of chips before she has a bowl of cereal." Nikki shows viewers her cupboard filled with high-calorie treats, says her ideal weight is between "5 and 600 pounds" and that "It wouldn't be uncommon for me to get excited if I split my pants or a button popped off." She appears on the show wearing a variety of sexy and slinky outfits including a bikini that clearly shows her bare belly rolls, thighs and butt which are full of cellulite and red stretchmarks.
