In the segment, she and her then-husband revealed to viewers details of their lifestyle which revolved around them fattening Nikki to a weight, on the show, of 363.5 lb (164.9 kg) by getting as many as 14,000 calories a day into her. This is achieved partly by Nikki drinking a 3,500-calorie shake twice a day in addition to whatever food she eats.
