Sadie started modeling with BBW Royalty in late 2013. She produced 83 sets as a model. She officially retired in 2016 to sign on with BigCuties; her new site opened in May 2017.

During her hiatus, she produced a video for BrutalBBW involving spanking and whipping. She has also made cameos in videos for Jamie Lopez to advertise her plus-size boutique.
