According to their [[Clips4SaldClips4Sale]], they have been gaining for two decades. They are a model on [[BBW Foxes]] with their own [[Clips4Sale]] video page, as well as a former model on [[BBWCity]] and guest model for [[BigCuties Bonanza]]. In 2012, they were featured in ''My Big Fat Fetish '', a documentary on plus-size models before subsequently appearing in the 2020 documentary Feeders. They famously said in 2010, "I can't see getting much above 400 lbs lb (181 kg)." They obviously broke that weight limit as they are now well over 700 lbs lb (317 kg), surpassing 800 lb (363 kg) in a May 2025 weigh-in video available on their [[Clips4Sale]].

They are, for all intents and purposes, immobile, unable to stand for more than a few minutes and requiring help to bathe. Yet in their recent Clips4Sale, they expressed a desire to gain even more weight , despite the serious and grave medical consequences their skyrocketing weight has brought them in recent years. Recent clips show Reenaye struggling to their feet and staggering as they try to walk from one room to the other with over 500 lb (227 kg) gained. A 2025 video features Reenaye using a cane to stand up and a stool to weigh in at well over a quarter ton, as they describe recent events on their mission to be "fat as fuck".
