In September 2025, Layla weighed in for first time in years. She tipped the scales at her heaviest weight ever of 393 lbs. Although disappointed she had not reached her milestone of 400 lbs, she boasted "I'm hot and I'm huge!" as she caressed her giant belly. She continues to devour huge quantities of fast food and takeaways daily in order to continue to grow even bigger. She also shows herself drinking two bottles of Ensure, at 550 calories per bottle, in an effort to put on more weight.
