In 2011, Courtney implemented a fish-eye lens effect in videos on her site and Clips4Sale. This led those in the community to speculate that she was doing so to exaggerate her weight and size, possibly to hide weight loss. She responded that the use of fish-eye was for artistic embellishment and not to deceive fans.

In March of 2024, she reached a weight of 471.8 lbs (214 kg), which was by then her highest recorded weight to date.
