In the segment, she and her then-husband revealed to viewers details of their lifestyle which revolved around them fattening Nikki to a weight, on the show, of 363.5 pounds by getting as much many as 14,000 calories a day into her. This is achieved partly by Nikki drinking a 3,500-calories calorie shake twice a day in addition to whatever food she eats. Photos of Nikki at a much slimmer weight are showed.
