Zsalynn Whitworth is a former Caucasian USSBBW. She was featured in Dimensions Magazine's April 1997 issue, and was the winner of Dimensions Online's 4th model vote. She was later featured in a Dimensions Wide Angle Video: Dimensions Presents #10: Zsalynn. She was the owner of and model for Phat Cutie and Big Fat Chics. In 2014, she was featured on an episode of My 600-Lb Life and its Where Are They Now? spinoff, and has since lost over 370 pounds.
