Known for her "girl next door" beauty and unique pear-shaped figure, she made her modeling debut in 1994 in the print version of Dimensions Magazine. Shortly after her first appearance in the magazine, she starred in their first "Wide Angle" BBW soft-core video, and would appear in 3 more through the early 2000s. She also starred in the hardcore videos Love's Savage Cupcake and Roman Toga Party (produced by Films by Raphael), both of which were advertised in Dimensions. She would not appear in hardcore videos again for a decade.

Dimensions had an early presence online (beginning in the late 1990s) and created one of the first BBW paysites, with Brie among their first models. She appeared several more times in Dimensions throughout the 1990s and 2000s and also modeled for the BBW newsstand magazine Plumpers and Big Women. In the 2000s she returned to hardcore, appearing in 2 videos for Big Black Video: Brie Exposed and Tag Team (with Ms. Powerbosom).

Her own paysite, briebrown.com (defunct), appeared online from approximately 2003 to 2010, with both photos and short and long format videos available through the site. She closed her site and retired from modeling in 2010.

Throughout her career, her weight increased from about 250 pounds (at the time of her Dimensions debut) to over 400 pounds at the time of her retirement. She underwent weight loss surgery around 2012 and appears to have lost several hundred pounds since.

Although having hosted various get-togethers since 1991, in 2012 she created the first annual WellRoundedBBW (aka "the Vegas bash"), one of the most well known BBW gatherings in the world.
