At her peak, Betsy weighed over 600 lb (272 kg). Around 2003 Betsy's site went offline and she disappeared from internet knowledge. She resurfaced on [[Fantasy Feeder]] briefly before her passing in 2012 at the age of 57.
In total, Betsy was featured in four movies chronicling her weight gain journey, from 316 lb (143 kg) to over 500 lb (227 kg), which were formerly available through her website on CD-ROM. Besides [[Kelligrl]], Betsy is probably the first human in history to document, via photo and video, a journey of deliberate weight gain, letting people see her often-naked body grow unbelievably fat, then obese, then super-obese, her belly hanging near her knees.
